Responsibilities:
- The role holder enables Learning & Development programs with specific emphasis on and Learning Management, functional capability building and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- This role falls under Learning and Development Management (L&D) within Corporate HR.
- Reports to the Head of L&D.
- Instructional Design and Internal SMEs development.
- Leverage Internal SME's to develop in house digital content creation and rollout the same via LMS.
- Driving Cross functional learning across the company in collaboration with internal subject matter experts.
- Development and recognition of in internal SMEs
Functional Competency Management:
- Support the design and curating content for Functional learning Academy across Organization.
- Finding right learning partners and ensuring the Programs are delivered as per the business need
Functional Need Identification and learning journeys:
- Identification of functional learning needs post discussion with business heads.
- Design and execute functional learning strategies that address business need and enhance functional capability.
- Rolling out programs aligned to functional competency framework and aligned to business needs
- Identification of Internal and External execution partners. Vendor Management.
Stakeholder Management and Impact Management:
- Collaborate with business leaders, subject matter experts, and external vendors to design tailored learning solutions that are relevant, impactful and measurable.
- End to end management of functional learning programs, including needs assessment, program design, evaluation and improvisation and sharing with business.
- Use data driven insights to measure the effectiveness of learning programs, track ROI for business.
- As required, support creation of NFAs, service requests, and liaison with external consultants and vendors
- Creating Impact maps of all functional learning programs.
- Measuring effectiveness of functional learning
L&D Budget and Governance:
- Prepare the annual functional L&D budget under supervision from Head - L&D
- Ensure governance and control of budget items through the year.
- Understanding of instructional design and digital content creation- eLearning programs.
- Experience, with significant time spent in learning and functional capability building
