Reporting Manager: Function Leader - People & Culture

Working Day: 6 Days Working (5 Days from Office & Saturday from Home)

Do you have a passion for developing talent and shaping future leaders?

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager, Learning & Development (L&D) to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. In this strategic role, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and delivering impactful learning programs that empower our employees and drive organizational growth.

Who You Are :

- A learning and development enthusiast with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in a similar role.

- An MBA or equivalent degree is highly preferred.

- Proven track record of creating engaging content for both technical and behavioural L&D programs.

- Demonstrated experience in managing and delivering programs for first-time managers and future leaders.

- Hands-on approach with a strong understanding of L&D metrics and their application to program evaluation and improvement.

- Prior experience successfully managing and motivating a team to achieve common goals.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

- A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a passion for continuous learning.

What You Will Do :

- Partner with business leaders to identify learning needs and develop strategic L&D programs.

- Design, develop, and deliver engaging learning content across various modalities (e.g., instructor led, eLearning, blended).

- Manage the L&D budget and ensure efficient resource allocation.

- Implement and track L&D metrics to measure program effectiveness and ROI.

- Lead a team of L&D professionals, providing coaching and mentorship for continuous development.

- Stay abreast of the latest learning and development trends and technologies.

- Champion a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
