Job Description:


- Develop and execute a strategic learning and development plan that aligns with business goals and objectives.


- Design and implement learning programs, workshops, and initiatives that address the development needs of employees at all levels.

- Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization, encouraging employees to take ownership of their growth and career progression.

- Facilitate engaging and effective training sessions, using a variety of delivery methods including in-person, virtual, and blended learning.

- Conduct regular training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across the organization.

- Collaborate with leadership and managers to integrate learning solutions with performance management systems, ensuring alignment with employee goals and organizational objectives.

- Partner with external vendors and consultants to source, develop, and deliver high-quality training content when necessary.

- Measure the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and data analysis.

- Report on learning outcomes and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Design and implement leadership development programs that cultivate the next generation of leaders within org.

- Manage the learning and development budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions that deliver measurable ROI.

What You Will Need:

- Minimum 7-13 years of experience in learning and development, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions.

- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, with a collaborative and inclusive approach to problem-solving.

- High level of integrity, professionalism, and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
