1. Learning Strategy & Program Management

- Develop and execute L&D strategy aligned with business goals, workforce planning, and industry trends.

- Design scalable learning frameworks, including onboarding, technical skills, leadership development, and behavioral training programs.

- Implement AI-driven learning solutions for personalized learning experiences.

2. Internal Learning & Capability Building

- Conduct training needs assessments (TNA) in collaboration with department heads to identify skill gaps and career development needs.

- Lead the design and delivery of functional, behavioral, and leadership training programs for employees at all levels.

- Develop and monitor training effectiveness metrics (ROI, eNPS, skill progression) and improve learning outcomes.

- Partner with SMEs and external trainers to enhance content quality.

- Drive learning culture initiatives, including e-learning, workshops, and blended learning approaches.

3. Client Training & Enablement

- Work closely with business teams & clients to identify customized training solutions that enhance workforce effectiveness.

- Design and deliver client-specific training programs on industry trends, talent acquisition best practices, and AI-driven hiring solutions.

- Develop Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs to upskill client teams and internal trainers.

- Track client training feedback and continuously improving training offerings.

4. Leadership Development & Talent Readiness

- Design and execute Leadership Development Programs for emerging and mid-level leaders.

- Collaborate with business heads to ensure alignment of learning initiatives with succession planning and talent mobility.

- Implement mentorship & coaching frameworks to foster leadership growth.

5. Learning Technology & Content Development

- Leverage LMS, AI-based learning platforms, and gamification to drive digital learning adoption.

- Create and curate interactive learning content, including videos, case studies, and simulations.

- Stay updated on L&D innovations to enhance training methodologies.

6. Reporting & Compliance

- Measure training effectiveness through KPIs, feedback mechanisms, and impact assessments.

- Ensure compliance with statutory training requirements (POSH, data privacy, industry certifications, etc.
