Position : L&D Manager (Sr. Mgr level)
Reporting to : SVP-Human Resources
Position Summary :
An L&D manager will be expected to create training events for all employees, from initial inductions to leadership programmes for senior executives.
Role & Responsibilities :
- Creating training programmes as part of annual training calendar that are aligned with the organisation's objectives and having a strong understanding of what these are
- Acting as the go to within the business for anyone with questions or queries regarding training and development plans
- Working closely with various leaders across the organisation and having a full understanding of their units and training requirements
- Embracing different styles of training techniques, training gamification including e-learning, tutorial sessions or coaching
- Having an awareness of the allocated budget and an ability to find solutions in order to implement the required training
- Building relationships with third party training providers
- Designing staple curriculums for all employees (i.e. values)
Qualifications & experience :
- Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
- 7-10 years relevant experience

- Excellent communication skills
- Strong network with Marketing agencies, external vendors and media personnel
- Highly organized, proactive, and creative
- Good interpersonal skills
