Will have to work/interact with Business heads across Lifestyle business and BHP
The person should be a hard core L & D person who has experience working
- In the corporate and driving organization wide initiatives for a large set up.
- In interacting with Indian & global Business schools IIMB, INSEAD, LBS etc.
The person will be required to:
- Will be responsible for driving organization wide initiatives
- Driving Talent management initiatives & creating development plans for Top Talent.
- Identify external consultants specializing in conducting assessment centers & run internal assessment centers
- Empowering the managers and teams at all levels by providing them with trainings and learning opportunities
- Take inputs from the Talent Management team on the behaviors & competencies to be focused upon and likewise work out training programs for the leadership development.
- Mapping internal technical/ functional/ HR deliverables required to move up the capability ladder at each level; preparing the Role Skill Matrix for each role in the function and preparing standard Learning opportunities for each of these roles.
The person should:
- MBTI practitioner and certifications in various other Psychometric tools.
- From best in the industry
- Minimum 9-13 yrs of experience with at least 3-4 years of experience in leadership role.
- MBA in HR
