Senior Manager - Leadership Hiring - IT Services
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with Business, HRBPs, and Hiring Leaders to understand strategic hiring needs.
- Create and implement robust search strategies for leadership roles using multiple channels headhunting, networks, referrals, social media, and executive search partners.
- Act as a trusted talent advisor to senior stakeholders, ensuring best-in-class candidate experience.
- Build and nurture talent pipelines for critical technology leadership roles.
- Leverage market intelligence & talent mapping for proactive hiring.
- Collaborate with external search partners, and manage vendor performance.
- Drive Employer Branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice for Tech Leaders.
- Maintain hiring metrics, dashboards, and governance for leadership hiring.
- Participate in leadership talent discussions, succession planning, and workforce planning.
- Ensure adherence to hiring SLAs, governance, and compliance processes.
Desired Profile:
- Proven expertise in hiring senior technology leaders in IT Services, Consulting, or Product Engineering environments.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing skills, and executive presence.
- Excellent sourcing, headhunting, and networking skills.
- Strong market intelligence and understanding of technology talent landscape.
- Experience in managing confidential CXO/Leadership hiring mandates.
- Exposure to hiring for global markets (US, UK, APAC) is an advantage.
- Process-oriented with data-driven decision-making approach.
