- With the growth in their business in India, they are looking to hire a seasoned recruitment professional with a strong experience with global internet/technology/Fintech organizations in hiring for leadership roles to join them in a team leading role.

Description :

- You will drive the hiring strategy for the organisation for leadership mandates to attract high caliber talent and help them become an employer of choice for prospective candidates.

- You will own and lead employer branding, candidate experience and campus strategy.

Profile :

- At least 6 years experience in hiring for leadership roles for a B2C tech organization

- In depth know-how of Fintech talent landscape will be preferred

- Stay abreast on innovative hiring trends and has a good pulse of the talent market insights

- Prior experience managing teams will be preferred.

- Strong business acumen with excellent communication skills.
