Sr Manager - Leadership Hiring
The incumbent will be responsible for Leadership Hiring and will lead the recruitment efforts for senior and executive-level positions. Key Responsibilities :

Candidate Sourcing and Pipeline Development :
- Identify and engage with top-tier leadership talent through various channels including headhunting, networking, industry events, and online platforms.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for current and future leadership roles.
Full-Cycle Leadership Recruitment :
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for leadership positions, including sourcing, interviewing, assessment, and offer negotiation.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stakeholder Management :
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing market insights, candidate assessments, and strategic guidance on hiring decisions.
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate a collaborative recruitment process.
Employer Branding and Market Positioning :
