This position will be responsible for Leadership Development agenda for the organization & support the achievement of organizational objectives and long term strategy.
The incumbent will be required to execute the Leadership Development & some other related key L&D initiatives with excellence and partner with BU & Regional HR for the purpose.
KRA's :
- Work with the HR, TM and L&D Leadership to create the Leadership Development Strategy & Architecture in line with the organization's vision and execute it
- In partnership with design vertical and learning partners, design &/or execute high quality learning interventions to address new / specific development needs of the Leadership - both groups & individuals
- Source interventions from the best vendors / institutions in the Leadership Domain - globally and build a robust partner ecosystem
- Work with the L&D Operations Team to effectively execute Leadership Development workshops to create a wow Learning Experience for the participants
- Introduce and / or deploy new / latest interventions / methods in Leadership Development.
- Support Talent Management initiatives from an L&D point of view
- Deliver on new initiatives / key L&D projects that may be assigned from time to time
- The incumbent would also be asked to shoulder additional responsibility of a Learning Anchor for a Regional / Business Unit to ensure that the learning needs of that region / business are serviced and key metrics like 2 unique person days training for employees are met
- Towards enrichment of the role, the role responsibility may include anchoring of key initiatives like Employee Induction
- Facilitate Leadership / Behavioral Skills Workshops (after internal certifications)
- Record & Manage Learning data and keep it updated; Carry out Learning Analytics and share insights
- Manage Budgets, ensure timely payments to vendors & execute L&D processes
