- Work with the COE lead to design Leadership Development Solutions and build organization interventions that foster change & learning.
- Translate business goals into coherent learning agenda that encompasses individuals, groups and the larger organization
- Develop frameworks and content for leadership development as well as for other capability building modules
- Construct and administer mechanisms/forums/tools that enable assessing effectiveness of interventions
- Manage governance aspects (reporting, communication and dashboards) for various initiatives
