Job Opening for Senior Manager/Talent Acquisition Lead.
- 8-15 years of experience in recruitment/HR operations
- People management for atleast 2 years is mandatory
- Should have experience in handling large size teams (10-15 folks)
- Experience of an HRIS system is required
- Should be able Provide full-cycle recruitment support, collaborating with hiring managers to identify talent needs, conduct interviews, finalizing the offers and make data-driven hiring decisions. Facilitate the background check & reference check process for new hires.
