Our client acts as a distribution portal that is technology-enabled, focusing on polymer and thus making the trading process for both buyers and sellers easy and efficient. They act as a one-stop-shop and handle all the aspects in-between buying and selling such as logistics, payments, insurance, etc.

They focus on contributing to the polymer-dependent SME sector in India and the benefits of their portal include end-to-end solution, technology-led, saves time for the buyers and sellers, digital payment, timely delivery, etc

Our Pune-based client has, approx., 2500+ existing buyers across 25+ states and 700+ locations. They are dealing with, approx., 50+ polymer companies across 120+ locations. They cover various industries such as packaging, automotive, medical, consumer durables, electronics, etc.

As the Senior Manager - People Success Lead, you will be responsible for managing the overall People function, leading a team of recruiters and operations professionals. You will serve as the custodian for the overall People experience, ensuring that every aspect of our employees' journey, from engagement to exit, is positive and fulfilling. you will drive strategic initiatives related to learning and development, recruitment, culture enhancement, and other key areas aligned with the company's goals.

What you need to do:

- Leading and managing the People function, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding processes.

- Developing and implementing strategies to enhance the overall employee experience, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

- Partnering with senior leadership to align People initiatives with the company's strategic goals and objectives.

- Overseeing the design and delivery of training and development programs to support the continuous growth and development of our employees.

- Serving as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related matters, providing guidance and support as needed.

- Staying current on industry trends and best practices in HR and talent management, and make recommendations for improvement as appropriate.

- Leading by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence, integrity, and professionalism in all aspects of your work.

What you need to have:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

- 7 years of experience in HR leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in driving organizational change and transformation.

- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their full potential.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.

- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, able to translate business objectives into actionable HR initiatives.

- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high degree of resilience and adaptability.

- Experience working in a multinational or cross-cultural environment is a plus.

- Based in Pune or willing to relocate.
