Senior Manager/Lead Manager - Debt Capital Market Bond Placement

Job Description:

- Support acquisition of new clients / transactions

- New transactions from the existing clients

- Organised tracking of clients, by using industry databases/subscriptions, research - reports etc.

- Regular interaction with Dealing officers of the client to gain insights about the company and the sector

- Support regular follow ups with transaction teams to ensure Compliance of all Pre- Commitment condition and Pre-disbursement Condition, and completion of security- - creation and perfection, compliance, and disbursement

- Management of stressed assets

Desired candidate:

- Must have experience in Debt Capital Market Bond Placement.

- MBA / CA

- Experience in domestic market.
