Senior Manager/Lead Manager - Debt Capital Market Bond Origination

Job Description:

- Generation of business for bond desk

- Manage a part of the balance sheet of the desk by monitoring/ administering asset portfolio & relationships

- Lead transaction execution with support from AMs / Managers and guidance from Team Lead/ Desk Head. Assist senior team members in originating new business, in planning and strategy for Business Development

- Leading negotiations with clients, guide transaction managers to prepare investment proposals, due diligence, obtaining internal approvals, end-to-end deal closure and asset monitoring

Must for candidates:

- MBA / CA

- Strong experience & thorough knowledge in Bond Origination
