- Experience managing a team, setting up global processes, hiring and managing within a set headcount budget
- Ability to work collaboratively to ensure inconsistent processes, communication and data are highlighted and corrected by leadership
- Ability to train new employees and refresh skills with the existing employees. As appropriate, develop training as new processes are added to the Services team.
- Ability to learn and grasp new systems and platforms such as the CJ platform and reporting tools
- Ability and strong desire to learn new concepts, work independently, and multi-task against competing priorities and tight deadlines
Planning:
- Possess the ability to recognize, trouble-shoot, and correct data problems and inconsistencies
- Extremely detail oriented and able to consistently audit multiple compliance elements without missing errors.
- Possess strong English written and verbal communication skills and the ability to spot errors in online advertisements written in English
- Fundamental Excel skills required
- Salesforce experience is a plus
