The role is with a growing L&D Consulting firm spread across India and abroad. The role holder will be leading the HR function and responsible for driving :
1. Talent Acquisition: Activate and lead hiring for sales and non sales functions through multiple channels.
2. Employee Engagement: Drive virtual and in-person HR initiatives to engage a hybrid workforce
3. Employee Life cycle mgt: Handle people who join the organisation from their entry and throughout their life cycle in the company
4. Performance Mgt: Drive continuous feedback process over an annual exercise model and benchmark rewards of industry
5. HR Operations: Coordinate with Finance to process payroll and other HR compliances
