Position: Senior Digital Marketing Lead


Location: Mumbai, Kala Ghoda

Industry: Gems & Jewellery/Luxury segment

Experience: Minimum 6 years in Digital Marketing

As their Senior Digital Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for driving the brand's digital marketing efforts, including social media management, website management, and overall digital strategy.If you are a digital marketing expert looking for an exciting opportunity to drive digital marketing efforts for a luxury jewellery brand, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans that align with the brand's goals and objectives

- Oversee community management on social media platforms and manage content posting across all platforms

- Collaborate with digital teams to ensure website management (updates, changes, and maintenance)

- Manage social media ad campaigns, including planning, execution, and analysis

- Monitor Google Analytics and other tools to track website and social media performance, and use data to inform marketing decisions

- Manage Search Engine Marketing (SEM) efforts, including Google AdWords campaigns

- Work closely with the creative team to plan and create engaging content for social media platforms

- Ensure IG and FB verification (one-time)

- Liaise with the retail, CRM, and marketing teams on digital collaborations, client relationship management, and collateral requirements/posting

- Create and present regular reports on social media performance and digital collaborations

Skills and Persona:

- 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the luxury lifestyle industry

- Deep understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, SEM, and ad management platforms

- Ability to create comprehensive digital marketing plans and execute them effectively

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions

- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to inspire and motivate team members

- Passionate about the luxury lifestyle industry and digital marketing, with a focus on attention to detail and quality

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and reports clearly and effectively
