The Role:

Lead Design-Sr Manager

The Experience Design Lead leverages a broad skillset across the interaction and visual design domains to formulate holistic design solutions. Work on the most complex and interesting challenges, from early-stage idea generation to detailed designs. Leads are responsible for general interaction and visual design, including: wireframing, user flows, mockups, and prototyping at the individual contributor level, and will also lead other designers for larger projects

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee multidisciplinary teams to conceptualize, and champion high-quality user centered experience design by creating simple, consistent, contextual and culture relevant experiences / solutions across key stakeholder groups inside Global IT and across the organization, satisfying business goals.

- Envision a holistic User Experience ecosystem that puts employees and teams at the center of the service/product while satisfying corporate business goals.

- Facilitate delivery of simultaneous, highly visible, challenging, and intensive projects in a matrixed organization, while establishing solid and lasting client relationships. Partner as needed with development teams.

- Create visual artifacts like presentations, storyboards, and prototypes in service of telling a coherent and compelling narrative.

- Have a strong sense of storytelling that results in clear communication of design direction across a wide set of audiences.

- Demonstrate facilitation and stakeholder management skills to help convert insights and concepts into actionable work items.

Skills Required:

- Highly developed design skills, demonstrated in your portfolio of recent work

- Confident presentation and storytelling abilities

- Ability to provide design oversight and direction to a team of designers, as well as hands on skills to create designs on your own.

- Experience collaborating in multifunctional teams as an individual contributor and experience design leader

Qualifications & Experience:

- 10+- years of professional experience- in design (although you might have had a different job title, like "UX designer" or "product designer")

- User Experience Design
