We are looking for someone from Real Estate Consulting for Land Transactions:
Business Development -
- Demonstrate strong business development activities through networking, industry seminars, etc. Leverage existing and new relationships with developers and corporates particularly focusing on sourcing & origination of quality land supply.
- Develop and execute land acquisition strategies and expansion plans with respect to Outright, Redevelopment, Joint Ventures, Investment Acquisitions, Portfolio Exit Advisory, Debt Syndication across different geographies/cities.
- Independently manage relationships with key clients and accounts. Ensure optimum client service delivery & engagement. Ability to lead a team of professionals to deliver bespoke solutions to these clients.
- Oversee preparation of marketing materials such as presentations, proposals, etc.
- Responsible for meeting and / or exceeding individual and team revenue targets
Transaction Management -
- Consultancy & advisory to effectively conclude major land transactions (identification & acquisition). Involvement in preparation of information memorandums, financial analysis, market intelligence, inputs from solicitors, legal consultants & Government bodies.
- Responsible for the entire process of land acquisition including financial valuation, best use analysis, target identification, deal structuring (Joint Development, JV, Outright, Redevelopment), negotiation, legal and commercial due diligence.
- Responsible for Title Search, Registration formalities including coordination with Revenue department / Government / Municipal agencies for necessary approvals required for acquisition of Land.
- Responsible for optimum client service delivery and engagement - calls, meetings, site visits, presentations, follow up, accurate & timely submission of company proposals to prospective clientele and overall governance during the execution phase.
