About our Client - Our client is a major service provider in business process management specifically within the Banking and Financial Services space. They cater to a global clientèle which includes major bulge bracket banks across the world. They are now building on their already large footprint in India and are looking for driven, competent operations professional to handle their Account Opening setup in Chennai.

Job Description - Reporting directly to the Vice President you will be responsible for 40-50 member team with 5 direct reports. You will be the single point of contact for a designated set of clients in a particular region / industry vertical and ensure a high quality service experience for their corporate banking division. Your other responsibilities will include:

- Critically looking at existing processes and client needs and improving operations processes.

- Serving as an escalation point for all account openings

- Examining and identifying diverse processes and energizing best practices

- Conducting mid management reviews with clients and end customers

- Ensuring that your team adheres to given processes and client service expectations are met.

The Successful Candidate - You are a seasoned operations professional with 10-12 years of experience within the KYC/ AML space. You will have a knowledge of Cash Management operations and Account Services. You would have worked in a similar function preferably from a MNC BPO or a Bank for overseas clients in US or EMEA. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills along with a strong track record of successful customer management and service skills.
