Responsibilities:

1) Managing end-to-end relationships with key enterprise and national clients

2) Driving account expansion through effective cross-selling and up-selling

3) Collaborating with internal tech teams to enable seamless API integrations

4) Preparing and presenting client performance reports to stakeholders

5) Analyzing market trends and client data to inform strategy

6) Aligning client objectives with tailored growth plans

7) Negotiating contracts and service agreements with enterprise clients

Requirements:

1) 6+ years in key account management, enterprise/national accounts, or client servicing

2) Strong exposure to fintech, SaaS, digital payments, or e-commerce industries

3) Proven expertise in cross-selling and upselling to large clients

4) Knowledge of API integrations and working with product/IT teams

5) Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
