Senior Manager - Key Accounts - Cold Chain

Position : Senior Manager-Key Accounts
The position holder is expected to be a part of the team which is steering the growth story
Job Role :
- In line with the company's strategy and annual business plan, the candidate shall be responsible for key account management for pharma/healthcare accounts across India.
- This would involve identifying new accounts and nurturing existing accounts to meet overall sales objectives. He would be an important member of Sales & Business Development Team.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Prepare and manage sales forecasts on selected accounts
- Deliver the Quarterly Revenue Targets for the key accounts
- Monitor YTD performance vs QUARTERLY REVENUE TARGETS, initiate and execute corrective actions if there is a slippage.
- Manage in a disciplined manner, a strong Sales management process, to ensure a healthy pipeline of Key Accounts
- Focus on building the relationship with Key customers, gain improved understanding of customers organization, key decision makers and purchase process
- Directly liaise with Decision Makers at Key Accounts on strategic and large deals
- Work closely with the internal teams at negotiation stage for closing the contracts and later for efficient running of the contracts.
- Manage the on-boarding process of Key Accounts
- Measure and monitor the service level performance
- Conduct regular performance review meetings with Key Accounts to ensure the company meets the service level requirements
Key Competencies :
- Excellent customer relationship management skills.
- Solid track record in Sales Management, Seasoned Key Account Manager
- Should Possess Selling experience to pharma/healthcare companies
- Should have Exposure of working with large MNCs.
- Strong understanding of the market and competitors.
- Strong communication, analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications and Experience :
- Graduation in Science/pharma with Post Graduation in Business Management
- Minimum 12+ years of Sales/Marketing/Account Management to Pharma/Healthcare companies
