Senior Manager - Ecommerce/Key Account Manager-Ecommerce
Our client is one leading domestic pharmaceutical player, foraying into the Consumer Healthcare space
The role will be responsible to manage consumer healthcare business with a focus on Account Management for the e-commerce platforms
Job Description:
- Responsible for Account Management for the e-commerce marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Pharmeasy, 1mg etc. The accounts will be both existing and new ones.
- Partner with category management and marketing teams to drive revenue.
- Lead negotiations with platforms with or without revenue.
- Liaise with the SCM team for demand forecasting and ensuring inventory for the platforms are available.
- Perform ROI analysis and promotion plan optimization on platforms to drive cost efficiency.
- Creating AOI for revenue planning to be in-line with trade and e-commerce teams.
- Conduct weekly/fortnightly reviews with platforms to track the progress of the sale.
Preferred Candidate:
- Should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce/key account management
- Should have customer activation/customer-facing experience
- Should have experience in managing top platforms like Amazon/Flipkart or e-pharmacy like 1Mg/Pharmeasy.
