- To achieve organizational goals for the assigned partner in terms of revenue, cost, corporate activities, SMP and business MIS; Channel partner engagement

- Understanding the partner ecosystem & business model.

- Achievement of organizational goals in Business targets (Premium, Penetration & Loan coverage) in agreement with partners.

- Act as a central SPOC for setting up and adherence to processes related to business transactions (SOP), business MIS, details of pending business, claims servicing and any other servicing related to partners line of business with us.

- Designing strategy for revenue generation in congestion with the partner

- Ensuring that penetration in partner's customer segment grows.

- End to end digital integration of partner.

- Develop a complete understanding of partner background, lines of business impacting Credit shield & CA business. This would involve understanding their loan disbursement plans, growth plans, plan for new lines of business expansion etc.

- Liaison with & leverage sales team for supporting channel partner locations in the field for maximizing business, identifying focus areas for action & tracking action plan for improvement

- Cross functional integration with Group operations, Claims, IT, DPPM, Actuarial, Strategic Alliances and any other related function for effective functioning on a day to day business.

- On boarding of new partners and driving sales target through sales team setting up SMP

- R&R and FLS career progression, PM1 and PM2

- Driving product mix and tech initiatives as applicable to each partner

- Driving SLG
