Job Description:
- Setting and achieving aspirational growth targets on Amazon for in-house brands.
- Building the Joint Business Plan, defining the metrics and reporting, and driving the sales and P&L on Amazon and building relationships with all relevant stakeholders.
- Executing complete business operations of Amazon at each level Cataloging, Pricing, New Product Launches, Driving Negotiations, Distribution and On-Platform Marketing.
- Building the monthly sales forecast at a product level defining levers of growth, monitoring the products listing and performance and ensuring growth in market share of product.
- Leading, Managing, Building and Enhancing people performance Leading a team of Executives.
Qualification: MBA: Sales & Marketing (Optional) + Experience in E-Commerce (Mandatory).
Key Skills:
- Should have worked either as a Category Manager with E-Com platform or have worked as KAM for E-Comm channel with a brand.
- Proven work experience in E-Com of at least 5 yrs.
- Proficient in Key Account Management, On-Platform Marketing, Managing data, and leveraging insights to drive marketing penetration.
- Entrepreneurial mindset to get the job done.
- Strong Analytical as well as Communication skills
