=We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Manager - System Administration role.

Position: Senior Manager - System Administration.

Experience Required: 8+ Years.

Job Description:.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities:

- Hands on delivery of Azure, VMware, Hyper-V, SAN.

- Office365, Enterprise Server Hardware.

- Manages end-to-end management and improvement of the IT server environment.

- Ensures business objectives are identifiable, measurable, and realized.

- Monitors and tracks technology health both internally and with outsourced providers and leads the IT server administration team effectively with demonstrable results.

- Collaborates with users and internal stakeholders to manage expectations and mitigate risk.

- Quickly build credibility and relationships.

- Provide senior technical leadership, researching and understanding each technology in-depth to provide guidance to the IT Server Administration team on a day-to-day basis.

Requirements:

- At least 5 years of experience as a technical delivery lead, preferably within the Financial Services/Software industries.

- Self-starter with the ability to work independently under light supervision.

- Keen sense of issue prioritization and strength to make intelligent decisions on their own.

- Confidence to have candid discussions with individuals at all levels both internally and with clients.

- Excellent organization, communication and presentation skills.

- Experience with ITSM, PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint required.

- Understanding of the ITIL Life Cycle methodology and interest in Financial Technology.

- Experience writing procedures, business requirements and performing business analysis tasks preferred.

- Experience in managing outsourced project delivery teams.

- Excellent English.
