Detailed Job Description :

- Recommends and develops Enterprise Architecture Blueprints, Vision and Roadmaps.

- Conducts and/or actively participates in meetings related to the designated project/s, both locally and internationally, with clients and/or partners

- Advises and recommends enterprise architecture strategies, processes and methodologies

- Shares best practices, lessons learned and constantly updates the technical system architecture requirements based on changing technologies, and knowledge related to recent, current and upcoming vendor products and solutions

- Ensure a program-wide business architecture, based on the business domain model, business functions catalog (owned/required) and functional/non-functional requirements

- Planning of integration into the current local landscape (business functions, application functions)

- Mapping the overall business requirements to the capabilities of the architecture Support information security strategy from business perspective

- Documentation of design decisions for application development teams

- Be responsible for the overall architecture integrity and maintaining the vision of the offering from an architectural perspective

- Must represent the organization view of the architecture by understanding all the necessary business components.

- Manage the architecture by continuously monitoring the models and update them as necessary to show changes, additions, and alterations

- Represent architecture and issues during development and decision points of the project/program.

- Be an "agent of change", representing that need for the implementation of the Enterprise architecture.

- Continuously fosters the sharing of customer, architecture, and technical information between organizations.

- Support application roll-out strategy from business and IT perspective

- Support migration strategy from business and IT perspective

- Support test strategy from business and IT perspective

Qualifications :

- Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or in comparable studies

- 12+ years experience in related field preferred

- 7+ years of experience in a broad set of technology understanding and/or experience including:

- Transformation program architectures and design

- SAP Sales and Distribution, Material Management, Purchasing, Warehouse Management, or other related applications

- Deep understanding of SAP products and competencies related to UI development, workflows, BPM, reporting and Solution Manager

- Integration approaches

Database technologies :

- Experience in working with architects across all architectural domains

- Business Process Modeling and Monitoring

- Highly professional individual with excellent analytical and computer skills, in addition to strong capabilities in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.

- Ability to recognize priorities and guide others towards the accomplishment of business goals and objectives.

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

- Demonstrates professional attitude and appearance consistent with position's responsibilities.

- Self-motivated, capable of managing multiple tasks

- Knowledge of business architecture and business capabilities related to ERP, supply chain, and Manufacturing

- Knowledge of TOGAF, ITIL, and other architecture / business process frameworks

- Ability to analyze complex business processes, understands system operations, identify system performance and reliability considerations, and motivate a team to implement required solutions.

- Ability to work comfortably with all levels of the organization and provide guidance and solutions in a collaborative manner
