Position Summary :

Senior Manager- Infrastructure will be responsible for leading hardware, networking, infrastructure and asset management initiatives organization-wide.

Key Responsibilities :

- Back-up, disaster and BCP planning & execution.

- Ownership to close network & Voice related tickets, Change & Problem management.

- Responsible for installing, managing, maintenance of exchange solution for server /client and office 365.

- Responsible for handling Active directory/ DNS, DHCP services.

- Vendor management, SLA management & IT security and governance.

- IT Infrastructure planning, architecture, project management.

- Annual Budgeting and management of Capex & Opex.

Educational Qualification:

- BE/BTech (preferable)

Experience:

- 7-12 years relevant experience.

Role Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of MPLS infrastructure and networks.

- Experience on system Administration, LAN, WAN set-up.

- Experience on installation, up-gradation, configuration of Windows - Linux server.

- Good negotiation and analytical skill.

- ITIL Knowledge & CCNA certification is a plus.
