Senior Manager - IT General Controls - BCP/Risk Management/Security

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Management and Delivery supervision for the projects in the IT Risk Management domain

Providing SME support for one or more of the following solutions:

- IT Audit including Applications, IT process reviews and, IT Infrastructure controls

- Regulatory compliance including Sarbanes Oxley, Data Privacy and Data Governance

- Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery

- Information Security / Cyber Security

- IT Risk Management Frameworks like ISO 27001, COBIT, ISF-SOGP, NIST, ISO 22301, ISO 20000, PCI DSS etc

- Third Party Risk Management

- Maintain strong client focus by building strong business relationship with clients from ongoing relationship management and mining perspective.

- Play a key role in the development of less experienced staff through mentoring, training and advising.

- Support business development efforts

- Contribute in development of new solutions and services in the IT Risk Management domain

Knowledge, Experience and Education-

- Ability to develop and lead initiatives, build rapport and garner respect in a collaborative cross-cultural environment

- Enthusiastic, effective communicator, someone who thrives under pressure and is willing to take personal responsibility and accountability

- The ability to communicate effectively with very senior levels of management as well as technologist and business personnel is critical, including the usage of business relevant terms to describe technology risks

- Sound analytical skills, critical thinking ability, conflict management skills and experience building metric based solutions

- Collaborative style, the ability to interact with all levels of staff and ability to build appropriate relationships to effect strategy

- Excellent influencing for impact skills, highly motivated and results oriented

Educational qualification:

- Minimum Qualification: MBA / CA

- Candidates with CISA / CIA / CISSP / CFE preferred

Work Experience:

- 8 - 12 years of experience in large accountancy, consultancy or relevant industry segment

- Prior Big 4 Consultancy experience a plus

- Experience in IT Audit / Technology Risk / Infosec / IT Governance / BCP for varied industry segments preferred
