Senior Manager - Investor Relations (female only)

Objective:

As Senior Manager - Investor Relations, you are responsible for investor communications material, interaction with the market participants to resolve their queries independently, quarterly results release, shareholding and peer analysis, planning and coordination of all the investor activities. Additional role of managing the rating agencies to be added.

Job Description:

Investor Relations:

- Independently manage quarterly results release and other market communication documents viz presentation, press release, earnings call activities, Q&A document

- Be the primary contact for organising various investor events like Investor day, branch visits, non-deal road shows, 1X1 meetings and investor conferences

- Regular interaction with the market participants to update on the Company and resolve queries

- Work towards increasing research coverage on the Company

- Regular analysis of shareholding pattern, price movement, peer comparison, analyst estimates

- Manage investor relations inbox and respond to all inquiries from shareholders, investors and analysts

- Analyse and prepare investor targeting of prospective investors using multiple sources and databases

- Ensure all databases viz business information, financial data, contact information, shareholding tracker etc is maintained

- Share industry, peer and Company report summary with the management

- Collaborate with cross functional teams across organisation

Rating Agencies:

- Maintain relations with the rating agencies

- Timely provide information to the rating agencies for review

- Ensure all the regulations wrt rating agencies are timely met

- Manage and coordinate with rating agencies for the Company information, ratings etc
