Senior Manager - Investments & Finance - BFSI

- Manage and strategize investments in equities / debt for the group with or without intermediaries to ensure a profit

- Manage Mutual Funds offerings, both equity and debt segment. Identify performers, evaluate trends in market & economy, timely investments and exit

- Identify offerings from PMS, AIF, REIT, INVIT etc, peruse, vet & arrange documentation, monitor performance of investment

- Advise on optimum allocation of funds towards equity (direct equities, MF, PMS, AIF); Debt (Direct debt instruments, MF - short term, accruals, duration and G-sec) considering macro & micro trends

- Manage long term & working capital facilities; effective management of cash & banking with controls; Liaise with lenders, negotiate overdrafts & loans, documentation, security creation and satisfaction of charge upon repayment

- Management reports, MIS updation, constant balancing of portfolio

- Presentable, articulate, with track record of successful investment strategy

CA/MBA/CFA, 10-12 years' experience, 32-35 years' of age, lady/gentleman, Rs. 15-20 lakhs per annum
