Senior Manager, Investment Strategist

Mandatory Requirement :

- Very strong analytical and problem solving skill, preferably in an Advisory role

- Must have CFA must, preferably with CA professional qualification OR MBA with specialization in Finance

- Prefer candidates with Wealth Management experience

Job Role and Responsibilities:

- Providing investment advice to our clients following an advisory process and try to achieve superior risk adjusted returns for client's portfolio. Enabler to relationship team with domain expertise and investment knowledge.

- Implement advisory process accurately in all market situations and achieve client's objective, ensure growth in wallet share and growth of portfolio in existing clients

- Timely Portfolio Review - Create / Update Investment Policy statement, Incorporate Investment Advisory Board views in portfolio, create deviation report and suggest change in portfolio, Ensure accurate and timely delivery of advice

- Create a new proposal, accompany RM for client meeting

- Client advise - Improve quality of client interaction by updating client on his portfolio, its performance and updating on various asset classes

- Regular communication of market update, Weekly investment call with entire team, Event update

- Support business team(s) with queries and problem solving

Qualification and Experience :

- 4-8 years in Advisory role with strong analytical skills (preferably in Wealth Management firms)

- CFA must, preferably with CA professional qualification OR MBA with specialization in Finance (Full Time)

- Advanced MS Excel / PowerPoint skills

- Very strong analytical and problem solving skill

- Highly motivated, assertive and driven yet humble

- Demonstrated ability to manage conflicting priorities and requests

- Ability to take initiative and function independently balanced with strong teaming skills

- Maintain high standards of professional and ethical conduct
