1) Designation - SR Manager -- Private Wealth
Job Responsibilities:
Estimating, Forecasting and tracking of sales & revenue numbers
Develop and manage relationships with Emerging Affluent clients provide investment products and services in line with their financial needs & objectives
Meet the Revenue targets for self and assigned team
Proposing Asset allocation/Portfolio maintenance/Review of portfolio
Team Management :
Manage a team of Premier Wealth Managers who interact with clients
Manage the distribution of leads/resources to the team to ensure optimum manpower utilization & plan sales activity
Have sales hurdle with the team & make sure a continuous interaction is carried among the team members & solve all related problems of the Premier Wealth Managers
Ensure regrettable attrition is under control
Coach & train Premier Wealth Managers on all products.
2) Designation - Investment Counselor
Job Responsibilities:
Driving Investment product Advisory through Wealth Team(PWM/Sr.PWM/T.L.s)
Planning and driving investor knowledge programs (IKP).
Capability building for Investment Advisory on Mutual funds, Equity PMS, Real Estate PMS, Private Equity and Derivative based structured products through Training & Joint Calls.
Ensure continuous process learning for Investment product.
Deliverables -activation, retention/win back and revenue.
Maintain Relationship with principle (like AMC, Insurance co)
Portfolio Analysis of Client
Process Management
Data analysis of the respective region to target relevant client base
Educational campaigns and activities to increase awareness about product also services being offered by us to increase the client base
