Senior Manager - Investment Compliance - BFSI

1. You will be working closely with the Global Investment Compliance (GIC) teams globally. You will be playing a key role and be responsible for leading the broader Investment Compliance team

2. You will be providing on-site guidance and management oversight for work performed across the GIC teams in India.

3. You will provide hands-on oversight and guidance to the team in ensuring that all applicable regulatory and/or IMA restrictions and guidelines, applicable to managed portfolios, are accurately set-up in the Portfolio Compliance Monitoring system.

4. Evaluate investment restrictions for compliance testing and provide expert level guidance.

5. Contribute to building a high performing team by managing a direct report as well as coaching other team members.

Experience:

1. 10 - 12 years experience in working in the financial industry (preferably buy side) and of investment products

2. Strong knowledge and experience in portfolio compliance monitoring and rule coding using Charles River (or similar) systems.

3. Strong understanding of Investment Compliance and related processes, including regulatory principles related to market misconduct and conflict of interest.

4. Excellent inter-personal, communication and presentation skills.
