Senior Manager - Investment - CA/CMA/CFA

Job Profile : To manage Investment Compliance, Investment Risk Management, internal MIS, Investment IRDA reporting and other regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities :

Investment Compliance

- Monitoring of various Investment limits prescribed by IRDAI.

- Monitor investment compliance to statutory norms; address auditor queries, improve effectiveness

- Present compliance reports in order to ensure adherence to compliance procedures & regulations.

- Responsible for Monitoring of various limits specified in Company Investments and Lending Policy.

MIS

- Extract, analyze and produce meaningful and relevant management information

- Present findings to the top management to facilitate decision making.

- Responsible for preparations of Investments Committee reports.

- Preparation of Fund Fact sheets for Unit Linked Funds

Regulatory reporting

- Responsible for accurate and timely reporting of reports to IRDAI (IRDAI quarterly investment returns).

- Preparation of ULIP disclosure, TWRR, Mean Yield, Fund Performance, etc

- Review the reports generated; Advise on necessary corrections/ amendments in order ensure compliance to processes and procedures.

Portfolio Risk Management

- Benchmarking with competition, indices and analyses of the same.

- Preparation of performance attribution reports using performance attribution system.

- Ensuring compliance to various investment policies like Stop Loss Policy, Voting Policy, Impairment Policy, etc
