Senior Manager - Investment Banking - BFSI

- Candidates should have prior work experience in Equity Capital Market (ECM)/Merchant Banking Division, including Valuation related services. The candidate shall have hands on experience of the following areas:

- IPOs/Rights Issue/QIP/Open Offer/ Buyback/ Delisting

- Restructuring Analysis and Examining Financial Statements

- Business/Regulatory/Transaction/ESOP Valuations

- Valuation of Goodwill and Other Intangible Assets

Role & Responsibilities:

- The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of planning and managing engagements, including data gathering, research, financial analysis, and preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials, pitch decks, regulatory presentation, transaction execution, financial due- diligence and other merchant banking activities.

- The candidate will be working directly with the client and the senior team. As the company continue to grow, the candidate's input will be essential for technical matters and operational needs.
