With an ever increasing focus on delivering the products faster to the customer operates two primary modes of fulfilment i.e., Smart Fulfilment and Fulfilment for sellers on Marketplace. One program manager will own the complete charter for ideating, planning and delivery of Fulfilment and Smart Fulfilment modes.
Smart Fulfilment - Smart Fulfilment allowsto pick up packages from its seller-network and deliver the products to customers. For, Smart Fulfilment reduces the warehouse capacity ensures faster delivery to the customer and take greater control over the logistics and also promises to give customers a more consistent experience. Fulfilment - Fulfilment gives sellers access to warehouse where sellers can utilise resources (operating 24- 7) and ensure products reach faster to the end customer with the best inclass packaging and other service standards.
1. The resource has to ideate the program charter and keep on improving the same, influence and liaise with key stakeholders to implement initiatives on the program.
2. The resource has to identify external partners and negotiate with them to improve downstream activities for the program
3. The resource has to identify sellers for the program and work with stakeholders to convince the sellers to be a part of the program by preparing pitch decks, holding webinars and influencing key stakeholder in the company
4. The resource has to work with product and technology team to build the required features for the smooth implementation of the program.
5. Work continuously on increasing share, reducing cost and improving quality of the fulfilment mode.
6. Publish and identify key metrics with the senior leadership to showcase progress .
7. Work on all the metrics to ensure continuous improvement
8. Work with direct reportees by dividing work and driving the overall project charter
9. Work closely with internal quality, inventory planning teams to ensure continuity of the program.
10. Work with internal stakeholders to ensure the programs get enough space for inbound and storage, sellers get to know the right products to be inwarded for these program and ensure adherence to recommendation by sellers
11. Work on improving space utilisation and better utilisation of inbounnd slots.
12. Build policies, frameworks and guardrails to influence all of the above.

- Team management - to manage a team of 3 with a diverse charter
- Prior demand and/or supply planning experience
