Duties & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the Sales & Business Development in Europe markets.
- Regular travel to the region to promote & grow business.
- Appointment of distributors / importers to develop business & scout / identify bulk business opportunities such as demand from OE / mining / large customers.
- Support distributors / importers / resellers in secondary sell out.
- Work alongside customer service team to ensure smooth business cycle from order filing to collection.
- Organize & give customer training to dealers / end users.
- Gather market information such as new products requirements, growth areas in the market & pricing intelligence.
- Ensures achievement of Region wise and Product wise revenue and profitability targets defined for the region.
- Ensures total customer satisfaction through the life cycle of all relationships in the market.
Key Result Areas :
- Product wise targets for the year
- Dealer development and their retention
- Collection of more than 80% outstanding
- Secondary market tracking and follow-up
Educational Qualification :
Mandatory : MBA or Equivalent specialization in Sales & marketing.
Work Experience:
- 15 to 18 years of experience in exports / international sales.
- Experience in tires & auto spare part / farm equipment industry will be added advantage.
- Should be ready to travel 50-60% of the time in Europe region.
