Leading EV charger manufacturing company requires Manager ( International sales)- Delhi

One of our client India's premier EV Charger manufacturer, proudly declares the creation of its wholly owned subsidiary, it has forayed into the EV Charge Point Operator business. The subsidiary will act as a CPO and install EV Charging Stations across India. Being a pioneer in the EV charger manufacturing industry, It has has provided top quality EV Chargers to various renowned oil marketing companies and EV charging station providers and now through its subsidiary is all set to transform the EV charging infrastructure landscape. It manufacture and supply EV chargers to EV Infra and they will do business as a Charge Point Operator for these EV chargers.

Job Title:Manager - International Sales

Location: Delhi-Rohini

Department: Sales

Reports To: Director-Sales

Experience: Min 7 Yrs

Key Responsibilities:

- Formulate and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive growth in international markets (Middle East & European Markets)

- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the companys global footprint

- Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and market potential.

- Develop and implement sales plans, budgets, and forecasts for international markets

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular communication and addressing client needs effectively

- Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive and effective execution of sales strategies

- Coordinate with regional offices and representatives to align sales activities with global objectives

- Travel internationally as required to meet clients, attend trade shows, and explore new market opportunities

- Lead, motivate, and manage the international sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets

- Provide training, support, and guidance to team members to enhance their performance and professional development

- Knowledge of international trade regulations and practices
