Sr Manager - International Business development Job Purpose Statement : Drive Sales activities and brand building activities, manage and expand the network and ensure customer satisfaction for assigned countries to achieve targets and make the business sustainable and profitable KPI's : - Drive sales activities for assigned countries to achieve sales targets - Generate MIS and all other related reports for analyzing the business in assigned countries - Drive Marketing activities in the assigned countries for brand building and for pushing sales - Coordination with Plant, Commercial Team, and other internal stakeholders for Smooth ordering- payment- dispatch- inspection process - Coordination with the distributor, dealer, and all other external stakeholders so that all channel partners are on the same page to achieve growth - Manage and Expand Network to ensure easy availability of Products across markets
