Position Title: Senior Manager, Internal Communications and Content

PART B: Position Requirement

- Develop and execute an internal communications strategy in consultation with key stakeholders in HR and the leadership team.

- Execute internal employer branding strategy and content in collaboration with senior stakeholders, design agencies, and internal audiences.

- Execute leadership branding strategy and content in consultation with MD, responsible for real-time social media profiling of top leadership.

- Prepare and implement an annual communication calendar for internal communication and content, responsible for internal newsletters, campaigns, and all written and printed internal communication.

- Responsible for flagship content creation and dissemination, including annual collaterals such as new year diary, calendar, annual report, ESG report, and other official reports.

- Plan and execute internal townhalls with top leadership, and special communication programs within the organization.

- Conceptualize, plan, and execute the flagship annual employee event of Corporate Office every year.

- Lead planning and execution of special projects such as 50-year milestones, archival, knowledge management projects, and other key projects of corporate communications.

- Plan and write leadership messages and speeches for various platforms.

- Responsible for video vendor empanelment, management, and video content creation for internal branding, social media, and other platforms.

- Write stories about corporate news, events, happenings, corporate awards, and recognition for internal and external communication platforms.

- Identify and write stories on industry-relevant topics for external communication platforms to position the company as a thought leader.

- Identify and maintain a story and anecdote bank for leadership speeches, case studies, addresses by CXOs, etc.

- Curate educative articles, blogs, and case studies to underline the core ethics of the company.

- Curate and guide content and articles for MD's blog posts and senior leadership of the company.

- Create content for propagating initiatives of other departments on social media and other platforms.

- Curate HR and L&D related stories for trade journals and external forums.

- Video profiling of the best human stories for internal and external dissemination.

- Curate employee stories highlighting people practices, support employee engagement initiatives, and contribute to all internal events.

- Update important collaterals such as Induction kit, learning manual, CSR case study booklet, case studies, etc.

- Create and update informative product and application videos for various offerings of the company.

- Thematic content creation for new year messaging across the organization.

- List down content for organizational priorities and cultural underpinnings for HoDs to plug into their content.

- Evolve and maintain policies for Communication, internal and external, on an ongoing basis.

- Design and conduct structured communication surveys to gauge internal perceptions and create a roadmap to shape employer and leadership reputation.

- Evolve and maintain a Style Guide for content at the organization.

- Responsible for internal budget management and oversee the creation of planned vs actual budgets.

Desired Education:

- MBA/PGDM in Communications or Marketing or Graduate/Postgraduate in Mass Communication, Journalism, or PR.

Desired Experience:

- 10-12 years
