Responsibilities
- Create and execute industry-leading employee engagement programs. Measure and adapt programs, as needed.
- Provide strategic input on messaging and positioning and influence stakeholders, as needed, to ensure communications are compelling and aligned with the organizational culture.
- Create effective & high-quality communications for the leadership team
- Establish company best practices and tools for internal communications and regularly research new approaches and industry best practices.
- Own editorial calendar and content development for various channels including emails, corporate intranet, digital signage etc.
- Collaborate with People Function, Marketing, Talent Acquisition and Business Unit teams to support broad-based employee-engagement programs.
- Drive employee advocacy program by amplifying the organization's business priorities, culture and values effectively
