Senior Manager (Internal Communication)

- Under the guidance of the CMO, implement marketing strategies to build brand awareness, increased visibility, and events

- Responsible for managing all Co's digital communications tools including: online marketing, social media channels, e- newsletters, web site, etc.

- Develop and execute a strategic internal and executive communications plan: Align internal and executive messaging with the company's vision, mission and product positioning

- Produce employee communications: Develop and author a variety of internal and executive communications including presentations, announcements, and blogs to be delivered across a variety of communications channels.

- Write promotional materials, website content, social media posts, articles, publications and other communication materials as required and develop quotes from people, write stories, shoot videos, and contribute to the Intranet.

- Support leadership: Constructing communication for leadership announcement and new campaigns.

- Driving communication to promote inclusive via Diversity & Inclusion initiatives

- Driving communication for CSR team for volunteering and employee payroll campaign

- Oversee the creation and execution of printed marketing materials including brochures, annual report, invitations, etc.

- Measure, track, and optimize the effectiveness of communications and marketing tools

- Ensure Co's identity is consistent across all mediums through effective messaging, knowledge sharing, and branding standards

- Manage effective and efficient distribution of marketing materials and maintain digital archives of marketing assets

- Develop and manage relationships with external partners, including graphic designers, writers/editors, and printers

- Help provide creative direction for photo shoots and video filming

- Build and maintain relationships with relevant press and media

- Develop a framework for events with detailed project timelines, roles and responsibilities, logistics, program structures, and marketing guidelines

- Support the execution of events, including lead planning and debrief meetings

- Other duties as assigned

Qualification And Experience:

i. MBA in Communication or Journalism or Marketing is preferred with Minimum 7+ years in Internal Communications in a MNC environment & managed a variety of corporate communications channels, including corporate intranets, mobile, and internal social media channels.

ii. Proven knowledge of effective internal communications strategies and industry trends

iii. Excellent verbal, written, public speaking and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage staffs from diverse backgrounds

iv. Responsive with great follow- through skills and ability to build trust and maintain constructive relationships across organizational boundaries

v. Agility to work across different program areas and juggle multiple, simultaneous projects Advanced computer skills, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Publisher, WordPress & some proficiency in HTML
