Senior Manager - Internal Communication/Corporate Communication - Life Insurance

Salary offered: 12 - 15 LPA

Job Summary:

Create and manage Company's internal communications program. The Internal Communications Manager will work closely with the corporate communication, brand and HR teams of the Company.

The role will report to Head - Corporate Communications who is responsible for External, Internal, Customer Communication and Corporate Social Responsibility.

- Develop and implement internal communications strategy

- Create internal communications policy which acts as guide for employees across the organisation

- Manage internal communications channels

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for content & managing internal communications channels for internal websites, writing/editing the e-newsletter (including drafting messages from the Chief Executive, write scripts for senior executives when they are presenting information to employees), drafting/editing key internal presentations (new company policies, or to announce the company's annual or quarterly financial results);posters, advertisements and research stories for newsletters.

- Create internal blog (written and video) to share management messages with employees.

- Develop, execute, and measure strategic internal communication plans that align employees with business objectives and reinforce company's culture, mission and values & manage reputation across channels.

- Lead and proactively identify internal communication opportunities, making recommendations and developing programs, linking back to overall corporate and brand strategies.

- Provide communication support to departments and functional areas, and partner with HR team to align employee communications and messaging to corporate strategy and objectives.

- Monitor effective benchmarks (best practices) for measuring the impact of Internal campaigns. Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.

- Responsible for organising the TownHalls, Webcasts, and manage internal communications around the meetings. Support HR in managing communication around celebrations.

- Create periodic campaigns to build brand awareness and increase traffic to intranet pages.

- Create robust Knowledge sharing and management platform
