We have an excellent job opportunity for Senior Manager-Internal Communication with leading MNC based at Gurgaon.  Job Description :   In the capacity of Senior Manager, Employee Comms, this role has a responsibility to manage and oversee all employee communications activities in India and provide coordination for corporate citizenship activities across India and the Asia Pacific ex Japan region. The role requirements are as follows:  - Provide leadership and direction across the employee communications activities for all employees based in India  - Provide coordination and central anchor point for all India based internal events, communications, messaging, programmes and employee related activities   - Leverage the intranet to raise awareness and educate staff in India about the future direction of the business and our new vision and strategy globally  - Address results and initiatives following from the Your Voice survey in relation to India and contribute to the positive morale of all employees which arises from an engaged and aware workforce where employees feel good about their role in the organisation   - Play a role in the planning and implementation of a structured, company-wide internal communications programme, including the local delivery of centrally provided programmes and internal messaging campaigns  - Work with APAC ex Japan teams to develop a sustainable Corporate Citizenship programme across India and APAC employee populations, as part of our efforts to meet our wider employee engagement objectives  - Lead the sharing of best practice and activities in conjunction with the UK, APAC and CE citizenship coordinators to bring about more consistent messages, events and global engagement goals   - Measure and track corporate citizenship activities across India   Skills and experience :   - Minimum 8-14 years' experience in employee engagement, internal communications, HR or corporate communications disciplines  - Proven experience and track record in developing strategic employee communications with targeted audiences, messaging, deliverables and measurement  - Understanding and experience in upholding central/core brand values and incorporating these standards into on-the-ground programmes   - First-hand experience in centralising, coordinating and managing internal communications efforts across a large employee population  - The self-confidence and ability to deal effectively with people at all levels across the organisation   - Exceptional presentational skills, both in writing and in person  - Experience of communicating with and working effectively with colleagues globally on initiatives and projects.  - Experience in a global and matrix organisation preferred  If interested, revert with your updated profile along with the below details:  Current CTC (fixed + variable): Expected CTC: Notice Period: Team Size: Reporting To: Reason for change:  Anupra
