Responsibilities:
- Create and execute industry-leading employee engagement programs. Measure and adapt programs, as needed.
- Provide strategic input on messaging and positioning and influence stakeholders, as needed, to ensure communications are compelling and aligned with organizational culture.
- Create effective & high-quality communications for the leadership team
- Establish company best practices and tools for internal communications and regularly research new approaches and industry best practices.
- Own editorial calendar and content development for various channels including emails, corporate intranet, digital signage etc.
- Collaborate with People Function, Marketing, Talent Acquisition and Business Unit teams to support broad-based employee-engagement programs.
- Drive employee advocacy program by amplifying business priorities, culture and values effectively
Requirements:
- 10-12 years integrated marketing and communications experience in high tech or similar global environment
- Exceptional written and verbal skills with an emphasis on creative narratives
- Ability to quickly decipher complex information across a variety of disciplines and translate to clear, compelling communications
- Experience in driving end-to-end marketing and communication campaigns from concept to completion
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects seamlessly
- Self- driven individual with an ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders; strong interpersonal, consultative and negotiation skills
