Senior Manager - Internal Audit - Manufacturing Industry - CA

Job Description:

- Should have experience in internal auditing of a manufacturing company, preferably with multi-location and auto components manfacturing.

- Must have done in-depth audits in following areas : Product Costing, Manufacturing process, P2P, O2C, Inventory, Capex, Plant operations, Logistics, F&A and Costing.

- Should have sound knowledge and experience into Data Analysis. Should possess good analytical ability.

- Should be proficient in Internal Controls, Internal Financial Control (IFC), Risk Assessment.

- Should have strong knowledge on material accounting and reconciliation (Material receipts to Production / Consumption process) and Finance.

- Should have working knowledge of SAP and knowledge of Accounting Standards.

- Should be able to handle independently the audits right from planning of audits till concluding with auditee's

- Should be proficient in IA report writing skills (English Language).

- Should have Team Lead experience.

Qualification & Experience:

- CA with minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience, atleast 5 yrs into core manufacturing industry.

- Candidates with additional qualifications like CIA, FAFD, CFE will be preferred)

Key Deliverables/ Accountabilities of the Position:

- Conducting audits of plants and processes as per plan and providing improvements in systems, controls and cost savings.

- Should have excellent communication skills (English Language).

- Lead the team and develop the capabilities in the team.

- Should be open to Travel (20% - 25%)
