Qualification:CA Qualified

- Ability to lead auditors, interact with stakeholders

Mandatory Fields:

- Big 4 experience of 3 to 4 Years is a must (minimum 3). Big 4 refers to KPMG, E & Y, PWC, Deloitte.

- Look only for Qualified CA. Preferably pass-outs prior to 2009.

- Should be only from Indian Internal Audit background.

- Take up internal audit assignments by defining the scope, lead the team for Internal & Operational Audits.

- Identification of risk and cost reduction opportunities for our clients.

- Recommend measures for improving efficiency, productivity and reducing costs.

- To review Business process & internal controls.

- Use various analytical tools and rating indices to evaluate and benchmark processes and an environment in Client organizations.
