Position Title : Unit Manager- Audit

Business Group : Internal Audit Group

Purpose of the Job : The role involves conducting Concurrent Audits for the bank.

Person Requirements : CA / CISA with 7-10 years (- ) relevant experience.

(- ) Grade / role would depend on relevant experience.

Location : Mumbai

Key deliverables :

- Should have experienced in a Bank and need to be aware of basic banking.

- Collaboration with Audit Zonal Heads & the Concurrent Audit FPRs operating under them at 5 major cities, and push the agenda relating to Concurrent Auditors to various branches in which Concurrent Audit is happening.

- Processing large number of monthly Audit reports being submitted by Concurrent Auditors of various branches and should have analytical skill to extract the outcome and prepare the excerpts to brief Head of Audit.

- Drafting and preparing basic training materials and regular communications to inform various requirements relating to Concurrent Audit to them operating from various branches.

- As said above, there are FPRs operating under Audit Zonal Heads to take care of basic needs of Concurrent Auditors at various centres. However, if required, the Unit Head of Concurrent Audit should attend to escalations and be prepared to travel to various centres on a need basis.

Person Requirements

Key skills:

- Good understanding of banking products and operations and processes.

- Good drafting, communication skills.

- Audit experience- sound knowledge on methodologies and procedures required for conducting audits in Banks

- Team handling skills as the person will be leading a team of 4-5 junior auditors.

- The person should be ready to travel as they will be involved in auditing WBG teams situated across pan India

Person Requirement:

Should be a CA/MBA having 7-10 years of auditing experience. They should have been involved in similar profile earlier, preferably banks.

- Interpersonal effectiveness and influencing skills - Ability to speak with conviction using data and logic.
